The Senior Clerk in the Dental Clinic will be able to prioritize assignments and office functions to insure effective clerical procedures. Ability to multi-task, including but not limited to: effective collecting of co-payments, deductibles and co-insurances as needed, handling heavy call volumes, managing multiple provider schedules and handling customer service inquiries.

 

Requirements

High school or GED Required

One year of clerical experience working in a clerical capacity within a dental clinic or hospital setting.  

Experience verifying dental and medical insurance

Knowledge of dental terminology (CDT) and medical terminology (CPT) preferred.

Bilingual Spanish Preferred

 

Requires Flexibility to provide coverage at other sites as needed
