Senior Client Associate 2
**Overview** **How You’ll Make an Impact** The Client Associate will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and expanding Epsilon's footprint within their assigned book of accounts. You'll be on the front lines, working with some of the biggest names in CPG/Healthcare to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Client Lead, this role will involve cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals that align with Epsilon's strategic objectives. As a Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in: Developing and delivering customized sales presentations: You'll craft compelling narratives that showcase the value of Epsilon's solutions and address client-specific challenges. You are responsible for developing account sales strategies, account penetration, relationship development and achievement of revenue goals. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: You'll proactively seek out new clients within your assigned book of accounts and expand existing accounts, leveraging your industry knowledge and network. Managing and nurturing client relationships: You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term partnerships. **What You’ll Achieve** + **Career growth:** This position offers a clear path for advancement within the sales organization, with opportunities to take on larger accounts, lead teams, or specialize in specific industry verticals. + **Skill development:** You'll hone your consultative selling skills, strengthen your strategic thinking abilities, and become an expert in data-driven marketing strategies. **Who You Are** + Proven experience (e.g., 5+ years) in a client-facing role within the CPG/Healthcare industry. + Experience with data-driven marketing solutions and technologies. + Strong consultative selling skills: Ability to probe, listen, understand client needs, and effectively close deals. + Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders. + Strong negotiation and conflict management skills: Ability to navigate challenging conversations, resolve client issues, and manage expectations effectively. + Ability to identify and develop data strategies: Understanding of how to leverage data to achieve marketing objectives and drive business outcomes. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). + **Why you might stand out:** + Deep understanding of the CPG/Healthcare industry, including market trends and challenges. + Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools + Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives. + Passion for data and analytics. Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws.
