Kantar’s Worldpanel division is searching for enthusiastic and methodical Senior Client Executive to join our Client Service teams. Based in Lisbon, Portugal this is an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future!
Role’s missionAs a Senior Client Executive at Kantar Worldpanel, your primary purpose is to serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing routine deliverables and data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information while providing insightful analysis. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential revenue opportunities through ad-hoc special projects, contributing to the growth of the clients’ business.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or Management is required.Masters or Post-graduate degree in Data Analytics will be appreciated.2-3 years of previous professional experience in Market Research and/or Client Management roles (preferably in the FMCG industry).Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum required).Significant experience working with Market Trends and/or Consumer Behaviour and/or Panel insights.Experience on working with large Data Sets (preferable experience with consumer panels both on Usage and Purchase), by showcasing effectiveness in analysing, interpreting and articulating data with business implications.Proven business experience with Excel (e.g., advanced functions; Pivot Tables) and Power Point.Possesses strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to articulate in a confident and composed manner insightful and impactful presentations.With the following qualities… Inquisitive, with critical thinking, and demonstrate a genuine passion for consumer behaviour.Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.Is proactive, optimistic, and willing to get involved to achieve the team's goals and objectives.Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.#LI-JM1
