YOUR IMPACT
In this role you will work closely with the Account Executive, who is responsible for the sales of subscriptions and licenses, while you as Senior Client Manager are responsible for developing, expanding and selling the resulting software projects, e.g. software configuration or implementation projects. In coordination with the OpenText Account Executive, you develop the digital strategy for information management for your customers. You can work remotely in this position but must already be based in Germany.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Building professional customer relationships and qualifying customer needs aroundprofessional services (e.g. consultancy services for migrations, managed services, learning services)
Supporting the entire sales process, including offer approval, creation, presentation and negotiation
Effort estimates and internal coordination of contract contents
Participation in tenders (RFP/RFI)
Follow-up after contract signing to ensure customer satisfaction
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Successfully completed relevant degree or training
Relevant experience in IT project sales within enterprise environments
Experience in price negotiations and various project staffing approaches
Experience is information management systems, digital files and document processing is an advantage, but not mandatory
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer and internal meetings (ca. 30%)
Strong communication skills in German and English
