We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Services team energy and power at Marsh. This role will be based in the Toronto office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Client Representative will contribute to revenue retention and growth by implementing insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs while providing support to clients and client facing professionals within the team.
We will count on you to:
Assist with the collection of renewal information from clients and underwriters.Produce client proposals, analysis, and presentations.Coordinate work with Client Support Services (CSS) for tasks such as certificate of insurance issuance and invoicing preparation.Manage billing and accounts receivable activity on assigned accounts.Prepare Summary of Insurance and ensure compliance with Marsh Professional Standards.Participate in client and underwriter meetings as needed, maintaining a good knowledge of client operations and insurance programs.What you need to have:
Postsecondary education or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.RIBO License; or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.Solid understanding of basic property/casualty insurance principles and risk management concepts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.What makes you stand out:
