Senior Client Services Executive

You will be collaborating with experts from engineering, architecture and delivery teams to develop commercial services proposals. It is encouraged to challenge the internal organisation to break new ground and positively disrupt the status quo.

Increase Services profitability and revenue in assigned accounts and regions Demonstrate transformation leadership by building strong client relationships to grow WWT services footprint (beyond supply chain, software & security) Partner with cross functional solutions, PS delivery, PS Partner teams to orchestrate services offerings at winning price, scope & solution Serve as the single point of contact for sales of Services for assigned accounts and regions Have knowledge of the services competitive landscape to compel a forward looking & proactive plan of recommendations to sell more what is in WWT’s strength and capabilities.  As well, make suggestions for M&A targets and ways to enhance our delivery capability Conduct detailed requirements gathering and scoping sessions with clients and WWT stakeholders. Plan and orchestrate RFX responses in tandem with other services stakeholders such as solution practice group, services solution architects, consulting services and the rest of WWT services organization as per the customer requirements. Play the lead role while responding to services requirements by drafting scope of work documents and/or preparing proposal response PowerPoint decks in coordination with engineering and consulting services. Have knowledge and experience to creative commercial strategies structure in order to elevate WWT’s services proposal Able to proactively launch account specific services campaigns based on industry themes and track, report progress. Work with Account managers on account planning for services Negotiate with WWT suppliers including OEMs and service delivery partners and subcontractors on scope, pricing, delivery methodology and approach. Partner with Services Solution Architects (SSA) to ensure optimal work break down structures, preliminary resourcing plans, cost estimates, and pricing for services engagements. Actively participate in customer-facing project/program kick offs managed by PMs to explain and clarify the agreed upon objective, scope, and deliverables for the engagement. Understand structure of service delivery organizations and incorporate lessons learned into future engagements.
