Senior Client Success Manager

The Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) at Storable leverages industry expertise and in-depth knowledge of storage solutions to connect Client business objectives with the functional capabilities of Storable’s products. You will drive collaboration across teams to enhance Client lifetime value, boost retention, improve satisfaction, and build trust. This role is responsible for ensuring that Clients experiencing challenges with value realization receive the support necessary to achieve their desired outcomes and improve their overall experience with Storable’s suite of solutions.

What you will do:

Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value. Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client. Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation. Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals. Secure executive visibility into Storable’s business results and strategic initiatives. Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness. Partner with Storable’s product and engineering teams to translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements. Share strategic insights and operational best practices across the Client Success organization and the broader Storable team. Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress. Facilitate and participate in Client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success. Communicate overall Client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary. Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers and internal stakeholders to foster an open, collaborative work environment. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and execution of initiatives.

What you will need:

Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.). Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product demonstrations. Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate those to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong Client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building. Proven ability to partner with clients to understand current and future business challenges, translating them into actionable people, product, and process strategies. Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives. Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams. Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

5 - 7 years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries. Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements. Project management experience, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives. Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Bonus Opportunity

In addition to base salary there is opportunity for up to 10% bonus.

Position pay range$75,000—$87,000 USD
