This position will provide the analyses and interpretation needed to support clinical redesign across a multi-site health system. **Essential Job Functions** Extract, analyze and interpret clinical and quality data to provide strategic information to senior leadership, physicians and market leaders Maintain and/or use databases, such as EPIC, QualityAdvisor, other Premier databases, Safecare, Strata, Tabluea, and Power BI. Work with staff and executives at all levels to understand data needs, identify appropriate data to use and assist in developing the form of presentation Serve as a system subject matter and database expert. Educate market staff how to use databases.
