Senior Clinical Data Coordinator
Job Title: Senior Clinical Data Coordinator Job Description This position will be responsible for internal and outsourced data management activities in support of clinical research studies. You will lead 1-3 Clinical Data Management Study subteams and support or lead the data management activities for clinical trials in collaboration with Clinical and Regulatory teams. Responsibilities + Review clinical study protocols + Design Case Report Forms (CRF) + Create CRF completion guidelines and data entry guidelines + Design databases + Define validation checks + Review data + Generate and resolve queries + Produce Data Management Status reports + Ensure timely entry of CRFs by Data Coordinators/Data Entry personnel + Create Data Management plans + Perform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation + Coordinate quality control audits + Review final reports, tables, and listings + Perform other duties as required Essential Skills + Experience in clinical research + Experience in clinical trials + Proficiency in CRF design + Strong data management skills + Bachelor's degree in a related field + 5 years of relevant experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong understanding of data validation processes + Experience with database design + Ability to generate and resolve data queries + Proficiency in creating data management plans + Experience with SAE reconciliation Work Environment This role is onsite in Alameda, Monday through Friday.
