Job Title: Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

Job Description

This position will be responsible for internal and outsourced data management activities in support of clinical research studies. You will lead 1-3 Clinical Data Management Study subteams and support or lead the data management activities for clinical trials in collaboration with Clinical and Regulatory teams.

ResponsibilitiesReview clinical study protocolsDesign Case Report Forms (CRF)Create CRF completion guidelines and data entry guidelinesDesign databasesDefine validation checksReview dataGenerate and resolve queriesProduce Data Management Status reportsEnsure timely entry of CRFs by Data Coordinators/Data Entry personnelCreate Data Management plansPerform Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliationCoordinate quality control auditsReview final reports, tables, and listingsPerform other duties as requiredEssential SkillsExperience in clinical researchExperience in clinical trialsProficiency in CRF designStrong data management skillsBachelor's degree in a related field5 years of relevant experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of data validation processesExperience with database designAbility to generate and resolve data queriesProficiency in creating data management plansExperience with SAE reconciliationWork Environment

This role is onsite in Alameda, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.00
