Senior Clinical Program Manager - Women's & Children's Services

The Clinical Institutes within the South Division of Providence Health are specialized centers of excellence dedicated to promoting excellence in care across various medical specialties. Each institute is responsible for driving clinical innovation, improving patient outcomes, and facilitating the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care within their specific area of expertise.

The Senior Program Manager, Women's and Children reporting directly to the AVP, Clinical Institutes – South Division, is integral in leading and overseeing key organizational projects. Collaborating closely with the AVP, Clinical Institutes – South Division, cross-functional teams, leadership, and various stakeholders, the role ensures clinical programs align with strategic objectives, are executed efficiently, and meet intended outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Nursing, or related field. 5 years Progressive managerial experience in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Health Care or related field. 8 years clinical experience within the Women’s and Children care continuum 5 years working with Women’s and Children Physicians within the care continuum Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, and Six Sigma
