**Description** **Starting Rate: $60,000.00/year + additional compensation for higher education/years of experience in the field up to $67,410** **.00.** **$1,000 signing bonus available!** Able to offer supervision hours for Licensure The Senior Clinician will carry out all responsibilities of a clinician, including providing evidence based therapeutic intervention to individuals in our off campus group home located in Paxton, MA. This program serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, we identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days. The Senior clinician will serve as a member of individual treatment teams and the community milieu team. The senior clinician will also act as a liaison between Center and other involved parties. Additionally, the senior clinician will provide supervision to clinicians and/or case managers and serve as the lead clinical voice in the milieu team, assisting with risk management and clinical intergration.
