Work You’ll Do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Manager, you will lead and deliver large and complex client engagements that identify, design, implement and Operate AI and Data Analytics solutions for our clients.You will lead the design of future-state, modern data architecture for transformation at the enterprise level using advanced cloud architectural principles. Using tools such as Snowflake and/or Databricks, you will also work with cutting-edge DevOps technologies, develop advanced analytics products, and apply data and statistical programming tools to enterprise data to advance and enable key mission outcomes within cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). Work with the Team to evaluate business needs and priorities, liaise with key business partners and address team needs related to data systems and management.Perform the role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.Participate in Business Development, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

The Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science, and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

Artificial Intelligence & Data Engineering will work with our clients to:

Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms.

Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions.

Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise, and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements. 

Qualifications Required

10+ years of professional experience in a consulting or Consumer industry setting with demonstrable depth of knowledge10+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling, data standards, data strategy)10+ years of relevant techno-functional consulting or industry experience with ability to contribute to an end-to-end Architecture and Solution overview using On-Perm and Cloud based tools and services10+ years of experience in SQL, data transformations, data analysis, and business intelligence reporting, troubleshooting across more than one Database Platform (Oracle, SQL Server, Cassandra, MySQL, Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Azure SQL Warehouse, etc.)Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

Strong project management and delivery experience, including budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time managementStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentPrevious experience mentoring, training, and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviewsAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development toolsMaster’s degree or higher
