Overview Sr. Cloud Engineer Carrollton, TX The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is currently seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer. The Sr. Cloud Engineer is responsible for providing Cloud Engineering and Support Services to our Cloud and Technology Solutions stack for the Information Technology department. You will work to mature our Cloud Technology Program and support activities related to development and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and controls. Using your extensive infrastructure governance and technologies experience, you will collaborate with the broader Information Technology team and other departments within the Company to advance program maturity. Essential Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert and first point of escalation for day to day operational and engineering activities. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues across Windows/MacOS and Cloud based architectures. Deploy, manage, maintain and support of Infrastructure Resources in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Provide end to end technical support for onboarding and offboarding employees within the organization using automation scripts. Manage users, groups, and computer objects within Azure Active Directory Services. Collaborate with 3rd party Service providers and partners to assure support teams are aligned on current IT Projects and Initiatives and help prioritize these projects and tasks accordingly Demonstrate proficiency and solid understanding and proven practical experience with Identity and Access management within Azure Active Directory Services and Amazon Web Services. Ensures IT system security baselines are met, and security improvements are implemented across the infrastructure for corporate offices as well as Cloud environments. Coordinate enterprise infrastructure hardware and software installation and upgrades. Participate in system architecture studies of new and existing IT systems to permit development of integrated corporate, distributed, and client server business systems. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance during normal business hours, at a minimum, 40 hours per week. Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. Minimum Qualifications 7-10 years of relevant experience Experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, MS SQL, Linux, AD, DHCP/DNS, Windows Server Cloud certifications are a plus Cisco Meraki Experience a Plus Extensive experience with infrastructure identity governance technologies such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single-Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory, and Intune Expert level knowledge of Office365 applications including Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, SharePoint Online and OneDrive Solid technical experience designing and troubleshooting issues pertaining to areas of local and wide area networking, security, e-mail, network circuit and communication technologies. Broad understanding of infrastructure hardware and software systems including network, compute, storage, and security for traditional data center as well as cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and AWS Experience with writing infrastructure as code using Cloud Formation, Terraform or other similar tools.
