You’ll feel welcomed even before you start your first day with us through our award-winning onboarding program.    Take the first step to joining our team by applying today and we look forward to seeing #UatInsurity.    Insurity’s Next Senior Cloud Operations Infrastructure Administrator   Seeking an aspiring leader to help build, grow and shape the cloud network infrastructure at Insurity through hands-on effort and collaboration across the enterprise, and a results-driven mindset.    What Our Senior Cloud Operations Infrastructure Administrator Will Do   Act as Subject Matter Expert in cloud infrastructure design and operation.Implement and oversee network, infrastructure, system and application projects.Design processes, improvements, and automation.Work with various internal teams to identify and implement design specifications.Work with internal and external clients to investigate and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues related to production level systems in a timely manner.Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system availability and reliability.Configure and install various infrastructure devices and services (e.g.: switches, firewalls, gateways, load balancers, VPN, VPC and/or vNET, QoS, etc)Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.Support and manage PKI certificates for the production systems.Follow established procedures to document, resolve and/or escalate incidents.Participate in resolution of highly complex incidents and problems.Troubleshoots problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating multiple options.Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the cloud infrastructure.Help support and manage the DNS for Insurity’s production systems.Documents problem status and resolution.Install, configure, and maintain approved telecom/network/infrastructure hardware and software components.Provides support for connectivity or related network/communication issues for the cloud community.Create documentation and diagrams of new network systems and processes.Optimize the operation of domain specific network systems with a constant focus on uptime and availability.Track and monitor cloud infrastructure environment metrics to determine growth and resource constraints.Recommend industry best practices.Perform tasks across various areas of cloud technology to support the Cloud Operations team’s applications and infrastructure.Participates in rotating team on-call support for production systems.Provides mentorship to team members.Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.Other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For   Platform Systems Engineering experienceExperience with Microsoft’s Software SuitePublic Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure)Private Cloud experienceDemonstrated experience with Cloud Systems Monitoring tools (Solarwinds, AppDynamics, others)Advanced experience in cloud infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, subnets, disaster recovery.Solid hands-on experience operating LAN/WAN in a multi-site environmentWorking knowledge and experience with one or more of the following: Cisco, Checkpoint, F5, Fortigate/Fortiweb, CloudFlareWorking knowledge and experience with the following protocols / technologies: TCP/IP, IPAM, SMTP, IPSec, VLANs, BGP, VPN.Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting public and private Infrastructure & Networking.Experience troubleshooting network latency and other issues with diagnostic tools such as Wireshark.Experience in network discovery and building network cloud topologies.Demonstrated experience with internal and external systems integration.Automation through PowerShell scripting.Demonstrated experience planning virtual infrastructure expansions.Experience with Security tools and practices in public and private clouds operations.Core Skills   Analytical and critical thinkingStrong skills in both written and oral English communicationTime management including work planning, prioritization, and organization.Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks.Self-starter and quick learnerDetail-orientedActive listenerAbility to collaborate and work autonomously.Flexible and adaptableAbility to troubleshoot complex issues.Recommended Experience   Certification in a Cloud Operations-related technology:AWS Certified AssociateAzure Administrator AssociateOther certifications for domain specific expertise may qualify.Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure.MS Office, Workflow management systems.Bachelor’s degree in a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)4 years in a 24x7 high-availability production environment0-25% travel may be required What’s In It For U   Flex First Workforce: Do your work best from home or from one of our office locations;
