Senior CNO Developer Instructor
The Advanced Cyber Training Program is seeking a motivated, career and customer centered **Senior Level CNO Developer Instructor** to join our team in the Hanover, Maryland office. This full-time position will assist the Advanced Cyber Training Program Training initiatives. ACTP provides the most exceptional students the necessary programming skills to perform cyber security research and development. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Develops and coordinates of all phases of education and training in the organization. + Confers with management to gain knowledge of identified work situations requiring training for employees. + Formulates teaching outline in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. + Selects or develops teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and reference works. + Conducts general or specialized training sessions covering specified areas. + This position will instruct up to 25 weeks per year. + This position will develop new course material annually. + Maintenance and updating all current course material is essential to the position as well. **Minimum Qualifications:** + A BS Degree and 4 or more years of Instruction and Instructional Design experience. + Knowledge of security concepts, networks, device drivers, & system internals are applied in daily tasks. + Knowledge in multiple areas of technology that can includes e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices). + Interpersonal and People Skills, Listening Skills, Multitasking Ability, + Oral and Written Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, + Presentation Skills using PowerPoint, and Public Speaking Skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiar with multiple software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, TDD, Waterfall). + Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages such as C/C++, assembly (e.g. x86, ARM, MIPS), Python, or PERL. + Expert knowledge in multiple areas of technology that can includes e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices). + Expert Level Knowledge of security concepts, networks, device drivers, & system internals are applied in daily tasks. **Security Clearance Requirement:** + US Citizen and Public Trust suitability.
