Create and maintain Cognos reports and work on Cognos framework development. Must have experiencewith Cognos 10 or higher. Moving to Cognos 11 (analytics). This position is responsible for the Cognosdevelopment environment, which includes the following applications: Costpoint, Time and Expense, GovWin, TM1 and ad-hoc data sources. The report writer is responsible for the design, development, testingand a maintenance of complex corporate reports used to analyze financial data and other key metrics tomeet the needs of the organization. Other tasks may Include: monitoring daily jobs and running monthend processes.A key objective of this role is to provide engineering, design and developmental insight for the team inbuilding an enterprise level data analytics platform using the industry standard concepts against ourData Warehouse, Data Lake, and Big Data environment. Develop, architect, standardize and supporttechnology platforms using Industry leading BI/Reporting solutions like IBM Cognos. Interact directlywith users to architect and design our solutions
Education Requirements for the PositionThe minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is aBachelor’s Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with related experience.
