Senior Collections Representative (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a Sr. Collector to join our team in Wood Dale IL.

This position is responsible for the collection of an assigned portfolio. This includes collections of receivables, monitoring cash violations, resolving billing inquiries and customer disputes.

Primary Responsibilities

Accountable for reducing delinquency of a large portfolio of assigned accounts.Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, customer refunds, account adjustments, client discrepancies and short payments.Develop collections methods that consistently lead to achieving department cash targets and company DSO standards.Interface effectively with customer service, field and sales personnel to resolve collection issues.Perform other assigned tasks to support the Credit and Collections Team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.3+ years of progressive collections experience with large public companies.Bilingual in English & Spanish preferredAbility to learn and function in multiple operating systems. Oracle experience a plus.Strong understanding of Credit Management.Business to Business background only.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $27.00 - $31.25 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
