The Role
As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in a successful commercial broking team, ensuring quality customer service and technical excellence. You’ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, support the field sales team and lead a team of 2 other Account Handlers, providing guidance and mentorship. Other duties include:
Managing new business enquiries and client renewals and ensuring FCA complianceHandling client queries regarding policy coverage and amendmentsDevelop and maintain relationships with key insurer marketsIdentifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clientsContribute to the team’s revenue goals through retention and new business acquisition 
Our Ideal Candidate
As our ideal candidate, it goes without saying that you’ll be highly motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent client service. You’ll also be confident in handling complex commercial insurance policies, preferably with around 2 years’ experience in commercial account handling. You’ll also have:
A Cert CII qualification (or the willingness to obtain this)Experience or knowledge of ActurisA strong understanding of commercial insurance productsA proactive and positive attitude
