Position Title: Senior Commercial Analyst, Travel Retail
Your Role
The Senior Commercial Analyst, Travel Retail collaborates closely with Area/Senio Area Managers and Planners to manage and execute across all commercial activities and partner initiatives. The Senior Commercial Analyst supports and manages partners’ day-to-day business needs, analyzes business trends, and provides support on any Business Development initiatives.
The Senior Commercial Analyst reports directly to the Senior Area Manager, Travel Retail.

Your Impact
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (~45%)
Supporting Area Manager on commercial partnerships to include: contract and lease negotiations, estimating retail sales, margins, P&L Work closely with partners to gather ready-to-start (RTS) package and resolve any hiccups or issues. Support Area Manager on other short-term and long-terms business development related initiatives. Lead new store opening calls and drive new store opening success. Business analysis to drive sales plan and tracking any new store performance. Own product restage planning – manage old-new SKU files, partner inventory and orders. Support Area Manager on other ad-hoc commercial tasks and projects.INVENTORY ANALYSIS (~30%)
Analyze inventory, AISP and sales through the weekly report and share insights and suggest actions. Review Retail and Shipment MPC with Planner and present suggestions to Area Manager Review stock on hand and sell-in to partners to rebalance stock or other inventory actions. Collaborate with and influence partners to balance inventory between warehouse and stores. Conduct calls with partners on inventory management. Obtain weekly sales reports from partners, review and highlight recommendations, call out risk Validating semi-annual sale and markdown analysis New store opening, gifts with purchases (GWP), tester, and non-merch order trackingORDER MANAGEMENT (~25%)
Suggest orders (both core and fashion) based on the MPC projection, SOH, WOS, lead-time, etc. to partners. Align shipment projections with partners. Analyze and sell-in to partners to order appropriate amounts required to maximize sales. Sharing set up files to partners and leading floor-set call with partners. Editing floor-set cascades according to regional needs. Manage and resolve any shipment issues, with operations team and partners. Validate and pass shipment claims to AR, follow up until credit notes/payments are issued. Lead shipment calls.Percentage of responsibilities may change weekly based on special projects and business needs
Minimum Salary: $74,500.00Maximum Salary: $99,750.00

QualificationsYour Experience
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Commercial, Planning, Order Management, or related business. Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Retail required Ability to travel for business meetings and store visits; approx. 15-20% Proficient in MS applications, Expert in Advanced Excel techniques. Fluency in English required. French speaker preferred in EMEA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to establish trust and build relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
