Job DescriptionAs the Commercial Business Analyst, your focus is on developing and recommending the best commercial strategies to guide the success of our Ascend platform, sales and pipeline research, tracking partner revenue and bookings, analyze new commercial opportunities including with partners and customer buying behavior analysis. You will be reporting to Global Strategic Partnership.
What you will do:
Build business cases for new opportunities and gaining support and collaborating with team membersConduct data analysis to support commercial models for our partnerships across the businessSupport the current Fraud partner program including revenue, pipeline and bookings analysis and understanding the margins from partnershipsConduct analysis to support evolving the Ascend platform commercials and collaborating with regional business and finance teamsThrough data analysis and modelling support commercial opportunities for the new ESS Analytics Services solutionsJointly with finance teams manages partner revenue recognition process from building and maintaining inventory of purchase orders, reconciling with partner invoices as well as standardizing partner costs recharges across regionsElaborate insights on profitability by partner, sharing cross regional best practices;QualificationsWhat you are expected to bring:
Bachelor's degree and at least two years' experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Financial Analyst or other data-centric role4+ years of overall ExperienceCompetency with multiple software programs, ServiceNow, JIRA, and ConfluenceModeling skills including advanced proficiency in ExcelInclude the ability to present complex concepts in an organized, accessible and articulate manner to both commercial and technical audiences through the development of presentations in PowerPointExpertise with varying software selling models (i.e. term licenses, perpetual, SaaS, subscription, and utility use)Work well in a cross-regional/cultural, matrixed management environmentAdditional InformationExperian is an Equal opportunity employer.
