Pay Rate – $70K-$80K/hour based on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lancaster County PA for a Commercial Project Estimator. The Commercial Project Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs and preparing proposals for commercial projects related to countertops, sinks and related products. They will collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.
Qualifications: Proficient in project estimation, cost analysis and proposal preparation Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of construction materials and processes related to countertops and related products. Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus. Read and understand blueprints and specifications. DUTIES: Prepares work to be estimated by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Physical Demands: Work will be done in an office setting.
