Job Description

Position Purpose

This role is responsible for providing the Business Partner and wider Business with detailed Commercial & Supply Chain finance activities by providing analysis and insight on key initiatives to drive growth, increase profitability, reduce cost to serve, as well as broader financial support.  This includes reporting and analyzing account health and working with sales to improve customer reporting and profitability.

**Must be able to commit to a hybrid work schedule and report in-office 2 days a week in our Alpharetta, GA office.**

Major/Key Accountabilities

Communicate and engage with internal customers (particularly sales organization) to create solid rapportEnable the sales team to deliver their strategic objectivesProvide business with analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decision making, and in doing so, influence improvements to business performance and capital allocation decisionsSupport the implementation and application of a globally and regionally consistent commercial policy using standard practices and toolsIdentify and explain the levers and drivers that will be used to deliver the strategic objectivesPerform profitability analysis (ROCI – Returned On Capital Invested) and pricing calculations on our relationship with emittersPerform the analytics on post investment reviewsProvide support for the wider business for future looking ad-hoc analysisDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Serve as additional support to manage and enhance the contingency management process

Value-add reporting:

Reporting and analytics on customer healthCreate and generate reports on issues, cycle time, transfers and NPDsReport on leading indicators of customer account healthWork with the sales team to improve customer health and profitability

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, in a relevant finance technical discipline or a quantitative analysis fieldDesirable: Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)

Experience

3-5+ years of Finance or Accounting Management experience preferably in complex multinational businesses within Finance roles

Skills and Knowledge

Exceptional critical thinkingSolid understanding of Supply chain, Accounting, FP&A and Commercial Finance processesPricing experience working with salesManaging/monitoring customer contractsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsWell-developed use of Microsoft applications – Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
