What do you contribute?
Are you ready to contribute your expertise in a key position at Siemens Mobility and actively help shape the commercial success of major international projects? As Senior Commercial Project Manager (f/m/d) you are a key player in the commercial management and control of challenging projects with a volume of over 50 million euros.
You manage complex projects commercially in close cooperation with the technical project management and ensure smooth execution. Also, you are responsible for reporting to management and ensure smooth and targeted communication with internal departments and external partners, such as customers and suppliers. You also lead complex negotiations through to the successful conclusion of contracts. Moreover, you act as a “temporary entrepreneur” for your project by taking holistic responsibility for all commercial activities and ensuring sustainable economic success. You independently prepare sophisticated bids for new projects for our international customers and be responsible for all commercial aspects of the bidding process. You analyze tender documents with the utmost care, develop well thought-out bid strategies and create comprehensive documentation and precise calculations that transparently and reliably reflect all costs incurred.What do you bring along?
You have the following qualifications and experience for this responsible position:
You hold a degree in economics (Master's/Diploma). Also, you have long-term years of professional commercial experience in commercial project management and, ideally, in bid management. Furthermore, you have practical experience in the international service or systems business, preferably in transportation technology. You impress with sound knowledge of international contract law, proven success in negotiations and ideally relevant PM certifications. You also score highly with experience in international cooperation. For international project work, you will have a very good command of English and a willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%). German language skills are an advantage.What do we offer you?
