Senior Commercial Tech Partner
Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Nov 29 2024 We are seeking Digital & Tech Partner for Japan Commercial and Medical who will contribute to the success of our Japanese business by leveraging global strategies while focusing on the unique needs of the local market. This role will have responsibility to lead multiple Digital & Tech initiatives including omnichannel, strategic technical integration with local service providers for Pharmaceutical Industries and/or with GSK global digital products. This role should have deep knowledge in pharma commercial application & platform technical layer, API and other data integration with other solutions. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in system functionalities but will also be expected to enhance our Omnichannel and AI strategies using data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities are: Implement and optimize pharma commercial application & platform strategies leveraging global initiatives and cater to the Japanese market. Utilize customer relationship management platform knowledge to improve customer engagement, sales/medial effectiveness, and business outcomes. Utilize customer data to inform and drive Omnichannel marketing efforts and AI implementations with other GSK teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pharma commercial application & platform solutions with other business solutions and processes. Provide insights and recommendations to the business on commercial system best practices and innovations. Ensure managed service tools and data are leveraged to their full potential to deliver personalized customer experiences. Manage pharma commercial application & platform related projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets. 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill Proven experience as Technical Partner for Japan Pharmaceutical Business. Proven experience with Japan pharma commercial application & platform and a strong understanding of their ecosystem in the pharmaceutical industry in Japan. Ability to translate global strategies into actionable plans that address local business needs. Experience in utilizing customer data to support Omnichannel and AI initiatives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. Understanding of Japan specific external dataset usage (Ultmarc, IQVIA) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse global team environment. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions without constant supervision. Passion and Strong commitment on end-to-end delivery. Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English to engage with both local and global stakeholders. 経験 Experience More than 2 years of industrial experience with customer relationship management platform or tool Experience with managing partners, and with business stakeholders Experience in managing customer management platform projects with internal/external partners at all levels (local/regional/global) 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline Exceptional business communication skills in both Japanese and English as Tech Partner 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill Skill in leading a multifunctional team for at least a complete project cycle Knowledge of Agile methodology, ITIL based service management, Project Management and Design Thinking is a plus Basic Knowledge of GxP and GAMP is a plus 経験 Experience Working in multinational diverse environment is a plus Managing partners as a team is a plus 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Veeva product certificate Project Management Education or equivalent certificate (Agile preferred) Why GSK?
