ICF is seeking an experienced SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST to support federal grants financial management training and technical assistance (TTA) services. In this role, you will support U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs (OJP) grantees to build financial management capacity and infrastructure to improve the financial management of federal awards to support victim services, criminal justice, juvenile justice, and justice research programs.
* This position is REMOTE.
This position requires obtaining a Public Trust Clearance PRIOR to start date.
What You Will Do
Assist with the development and implementation of digital communications strategy to increase engagement across digital platformsManage digital platforms including OJP microsites, project resource clearinghouses, social media platforms, and GovDelivery accountsConduct regular analysis of digital media platform metrics to drive new ideas and digital media engagementMaintain email distribution listsLead the technical production of digital communications including content development and design for eblasts, newsletters, online meetings, social media, website content, and webinarsSupport the development of project reports, data visualizations, and publicationsCreate and maintain product templates and manage template libraryDevelop and deliver technology training for staff as neededDesign graphics that enhance our reports, presentations, social media content, e-learning materials, and other outreach materialsCollaborate on multimedia content development for web-based, digital learning, and communication productsPerform other duties as assigned, consistent with the specifications for this position.Your minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any related field from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years of experience designing and creating product, media, and marketing materials in multiple formats (including web-based products, online media, and print publication)Minimum 5 years of experience in product branding, formatting and designUS citizenship required by federal government contractThis position requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation to obtain clearance prior to the start date.Preferred Skills
Experience in the field of victims’ rights and services or criminal justice.Familiarity with GovDelivery, Fed Relay, and ServiceNow online applicationsAdditional Skills we would like you to have

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$71,958.00 - $122,328.00Virginia Remote Office (VA99)
