Unity House of Troy has an opening for a part-time supervisor position that provides not a typical work scheduled or setting! Responsibilities: + P rovid ing direction/supervision to the Junior Community Ambassadors + A ssist ing with directing the public during events such as events at Troy Music Hall + Helping the Assistant Director with monthly Junior Ambassador check-ins and mini-trainings. + Provide direction and encouragement to the Community Ambassadors + Help with recruitment, cultivation and retention of both Junior Ambassadors and Community Partners + Promote an environment of belonging and inclusion Requirements: Please be courteous , friendly, and reliable, with customer service experience. Good communication skills and being a team player are a must. Previous supervisor role preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods and walk through out the city of Troy as needed , K nowledge of or willingness to learn Troy is helpful.
