Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.3 + years of related multi-family property management experienceStrong leadership and management skillsTeam player, professional, and effective communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.Valid driver’s license – Required

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit for extended periods of time while working at a deskMay be required to climb stairsMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 20 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This role is based on site, primarily in an office setting but may require at times that the employee spends some time outside with exposure to the elements. The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
