Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Description

CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Sr. Compensation Analyst for its Franklin, TN, headquarters’ Human Resources team. 

Summary:
The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for assessment and design of new compensation strategies, programs, policies and guidelines. Conduct analytical support in the design, delivery and administration of a variety of compensation programs, to include policies and procedures, salary planning, salary structures, and incentive programs. Analyze all job levels within the organization, complete job evaluations, determine grade, interpret survey data, and complete market pricing reviews. Lead the implementation of a new salary structure, including change management support and policy documentation. Guide implementing a new organization wide ERP system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts market pay analysis to determine competitiveness of pay and make recommendations for pay adjustments
• Conducts analyses of jobs, wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness
• Leads with large scale market studies, creating cost effective solutions and alternatives• Participates in market-based compensation surveys analyzing results and market trends
• Guides the administration of annual salary market adjustment and incentive processes
• Conducts job evaluations and provide consultation to HR Business Leaders
• Evaluates positions to determine FLSA exemption status
• Develops communications and training for new and existing pay programs
• Expands corporate policies and processes through continuous improvement methodology
• Provides consultation and advice to leaders regarding pay decisions, compensation guidelines, best practices and compliance with federal and state and local regulations
• Guides facilities in the research, development and creation of salary structures based on local market data and compensation practices. Suggests appropriate placement of jobs into structures.
• Evaluates new structures for best practice and local polices to ensure structures are viable and sustainable
• Assists department heads with writing job descriptions, job reviews, reorganizations and market review of pricing.
• Consults on reviews promotional increases and new position salary grade assignment
• Develops the overall pricing and market pricing of jobs within a structure, makes recommendations on merit budgets.
• Updates and maintains job data in HRIS, creates and runs reports, and analysis of data. Partner with HRIS in ensuring accuracy of data and seamless integration of systems with compensation processes

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources required.Experience: 5+ years related work experience in Human Resources and/or Finance related to analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs required.Preferred Experience: Knowledge with implementation of a ERP system (Oracle preferred), Previous experience in Healthcare

Preferred License/Registration/Certification: SPHR/CCP

Computer Skills Required: Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Google Platforms

Computer Skills Preferred: Experience with Oracle
