Senior Compensation Analyst
Jam City is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. Reporting to the Head of Global Total Rewards, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of Jam City’s compensation programs globally.  The ideal candidate has experience working with gaming or technology companies headquartered in the United States and operating globally.  Also, must be comfortable working majority of the workweek in Eastern, Central or Pacific time zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: COMPENSATION PLANNING & DELIVERYSupport the design and stand-up of compensation processes, and administer compensation programs in partnership with the Head of Global Total Rewards.Project manage and deliver global projects including the execution of key design changes, modeling and analyses, budgeting, and the implementation of new programs or processes.Maintain the job evaluation process and support requests for new or revised jobs to determine appropriate salary level assignments aligned with the Jam City job architecture.Support the administration of the annual compensation review process as part of the performance management cycle in partnership with other members of the People Team.Support development of policies, procedures and process documentation as part of standardizing and systematizing compensation.Stay abreast of global, federal, and state employment law updates pertaining to compensation compliance and ensure that our internal processes and policies reflect the updates.Support the management and design of our HRIS (Workday) module as it relates to compensation.Work with Jam City people operations, finance and legal teams as needed to support compensation projects.EXTERNAL MARKT & INTERNAL COMPENSATION ANALYSIS Participate in external salary surveys, primarily Croner Software & Gaming Survey and Radford Technology Survey as required.Serve as subject matter expert for compensation survey websites/platforms and survey analysis.Analyze internal and external data including base compensation and short-term incentives/bonus to deliver recommendations that will attract and retain top talent.Stay abreast of gaming and technology market and economic trends and use the data to inform recommended changes.EXECUTIVE & ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORTSupport the VP, People Team on analyses and presentations required for Leadership meetings and other special projects.Make use of market survey data and job classification principles and practices to support the Head of Global Total Rewards to develop innovative and creative strategies to attract and retain talent.Collaborate with People Partner’s and Talent Acquisition to support business goals and ensure market competitiveness while providing data driven recommendations and creative solutions.QUALIFICATIONS 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in compensation; must have 3+ years of experience in global compensation, preferably South America.Bachelor Degree in business administration, human resources, statistics, economics, finance or other quantitative fields.Strong proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and project management tools.Preferred 3+ years of experience using WorkdayIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of Jam City's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. In addition, Jam City provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, life, disability, and accident insurance.  Pay Range: $95,000— $120,00 salary per year.
