About this Role

Senior Compensation Analyst is an integral part of the Corporate Human Resources team. Under general supervision provides analytical expertise and business support to ensure company compensation programs are externally competitive and internally equitable. Assists with the development, implementation and administration of company compensation programs, practices, and procedures.  Participates in compensation surveys, assists in the development of the job descriptions, and performs job market pricing.

What You'll Do Responsible for researching and recommending agenda items for the Quanta Services Compensation Committee, including making recommendations to senior management and preparing meeting materials.Supports all aspects of the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.Assists in the preparation of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) and other executive compensation documentation necessary for the annual proxy statement and annual shareholder meeting.Provides compensation support for the organization as needed: market pricing, special projects, broad-based compensation, validation of equity grants etc.Tracks executive perks and ensures timely submission to payroll.Provides support to managers on compensation related issues.Participates in compensation surveys.Manages annual corporate compensation process for pay adjustments, bonus payments and equity awards. Supports Manager, Compensation and Equity with equity processes.Works closely with Operating Units to maintain President and Executive total compensation.Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Human Resources.5+ years of comprehensive compensation experience (Ideally at least 2 of the following areas: salary administration, executive compensation, and global / international compensation – consulting experience is a plus).Equity plan experience required.Experience working with senior management, boards, and compensation committees.> 3 Years

 

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience implementing compensation modules within an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Cornerstone, etc.).> 3 Years
