Who You Are

You are a key member of the Aryaka People Team. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will run our compensation programs to attract and retain top talent across our business and will serve as an internal compensation consultant. The Senior Compensation Analyst will help ensure that our compensation programs remain competitive and align with our business strategies, by providing vital data and insight to the people team, Finance colleagues and business leaders across Aryaka.

What You Will Work On

Be the market data expert and own all aspects of compensation data and analysis throughout the full employee life cycle including data reporting, updates and auditsConduct and manage compensation benchmarking and survey participation with HR leadership to support competitive analysis of compensation programs within the industry.Support Recruiting in the offer processDevelop and manage compensation communication materialsWork closely with Finance professionals to manage compensation budgets throughout the yearPartner with HR leadership to challenge existing processes and tools to ensure continuous improvementSupport various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution. Projects include job architecture redesign, salary analysis, creation of salary structure and reorganizations.Partner with internal teams and external consultants to continuously improve processes and to develop a deep understanding of job responsibilities for evaluation of pay level, external market benchmarks and internal equity to influence pay decisions on offers, pay adjustments and promotions. Streamline the job evaluation process and ensure a consistent approach.Support the annual merit review process and pay equity analysisSupport the compensation review processDevelop and iterate data analytics and ad hoc reporting on People and Compensation dataOther duties as needed based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
 

Qualifications

Excellent excel skills and attention to detail5+ years of compensation experienceStrong verbal and written communication with experience presenting and interacting with senior leadersSkilled in making inferences and recommendations based on data setsCompensation Benchmarking experienceExperiencing working with teams in the US and IndiaExperience designing executive compensation plans

Compensation: Base Salary range $110,000 to $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
