BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This is a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Bunge compensation programs and structures. This position will conduct in-depth analyses of compensation data, salary surveys, and market trends to ensure that the Bunge’s compensation strategies align with business objectives and remain competitive. The Senior Compensation Analyst works closely with Total Rewards Leadership Team and HR Business Partners to provide compensation solutions that support employee attraction, retention, and engagement.

Some responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst are:
Compensation Program Design: Design or support, review, and implement compensation programs and salary structures that align with Bunge goals and industry benchmarks. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the competitiveness of salary ranges and pay practices. Job Evaluations / Job Leveling: Evaluate and classify jobs within the Bunge Job Architecture based on duties, responsibilities, and qualifications to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters. Salary Planning: Assist with annual compensation planning and forecasting, including merit increases, salary adjustments, and incentive plan reviews. Compliance: Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations Advisory Role: Provide guidance to HR business partners and leaders regarding compensation-related decisions and policies. Compensation Reporting: Generate compensation-related reports, metrics, and dashboards for use by HR and senior leadership. Project Management: Lead or support compensation-related projects, including pay equity analysis, incentive programs, and market trend assessments. Incentive Plan Support: Assist in the design and administration of short- and long-term incentive programs to reward performance and drive business results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Experience: +5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role. Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (such as SAP, Workday, or PeopleSoft). Experience with compensation software and tools. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compensation theory, market benchmarking, and legal regulations related to compensation (Europe and Asia preferred). Other skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other HR teams, managers, and senior leadership.

Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven recommendations. Solid understanding of labor market trends and economic factors that influence compensation.
