As a Compensation Partner, you will play an integral part in administering and promoting our compensation system, which includes base pay and incentive plan programs for our salaried employee population with some involvement in hourly employee compensation practices. You will provide key support for compensation initiatives and compliance and be heavily engaged with the tools used to administer our programs.
The Compensation Partner will report to the Senior Manager of Compensation. You will also be an active and participative member of the Compensation, Benefits and Shared Services organization by providing support for special projects, as assigned.
This individual contributor position is based out of Seattle, WA and we prefer the successful candidate reside in the local area. We offer a hybrid work schedule with employees working in the office 3 days per week and from a home office the other 2 days.
Primary Duties Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to promote effective use of compensation plans and programs to attract and retain critical talent. Consult on compensation plans, guidelines and policies, job ladders, total rewards, and compensation philosophy. Provide pragmatic recommendations and solutions for customer challenges. Participate in our annual compensation process including merit and variable compensation.Administer the company’s stock-based incentive programs and related activity, including vendor management and partnering closely with Corporate Secretary’s office. Contribute significantly to proxy and supports SEC and other reporting.Support the company’s implementation of a new HCM system as the Compensation team provides subject matter expertise to the implementation project team.Provide market competitive recommendations through research, market pricing, and best practices benchmarking. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $104,300 to $156,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
