What You’ll Do:
•    Conduct routine job evaluations in partnership with HRBPs to price new roles consistent with market benchmarks, pay philosophy, and internal equity
•    Manages all third-party survey processes, including annual intake and integration of external survey data and preparation and export of company data
•    Assists with the annual pay program process that updates market benchmarks, drives annual increases, and allocates incentive budgets
•    Works with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal to ensure proper reporting and information is shared
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement compensation strategies.
•    Analyze market data to adjust compensation plans and ensure competitiveness.
•    Provides analytical support to the Global Compensation Director and Total Rewards Leadership Team

What We’re Looking For:
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance/accounting, or a business-related field
•    Proven strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources
•    Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex models
•    Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
•    Must be well-organized with excellent time management skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to identify and understand broad-scope issues while simultaneously attending to details
•    Sound judgement and excellent follow-up
•    Must be a self-motivated and results oriented critical thinker
•    Pro-active, goal-oriented and able to move quickly to resolution
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to apply sound judgment to make data driven recommendations

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
