Senior Compensation Analyst
Senior Compensation Analyst City Irving State/Province Texas Overview:

As a member of the Global Total Rewards team, the Senior Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the design, development and administration of Celanese Compensation programs.  You will work closely with HR partners to identify and address compensation issues and ensure that our compensation programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Partners to support, respond, and provide guidance on compensation-related issuesMarket price jobs and analyze data to appropriately level jobs within Celanese’s salary structureBe responsible for survey data management including survey participation and survey upload into BetterComp market data management toolProvide and interpret compensation data analysis for market competitive assessments and cost estimatesProvide analysis to support special projects and ad hoc requests as neededAnalyze new jobs and reclassification requests to appropriately determine FLSA exemption statusCreate and maintain standard compensation reports, ad hoc reports, and queriesAssist with identifying opportunities to improve processes and document proceduresAssist with the annual merit and incentive cycles Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field3-5 years Compensation experience required, experience working with international compensation preferredCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) or coursework towards CCP preferred Strong analytical and quantitative skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and objectivityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer serviceDetail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment
