The focus of the Senior Compensation Analyst is to maintain productive relationships and support Consultants in their work. How you'll make an impact Position Summary: Conduct compensation analysis and position benchmarking to ensure that clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices Participate in client meetings Under the direction of the consultants, supports development, implementation, analysis and/or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs Assist in proactively designing and delivering reward solutions and policies in line with the client's HR and business strategies Works with a moderate degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff Skills Required: Ability to organize and prioritize work and to handle multiple projects simultaneously Clear, concise, professional written and oral communications Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Goal-oriented and driven for success Ability to work well with individuals at multiple levels Attention to detail and accuracy Goal-oriented and driven for success Ability to think quickly and respond well in highly visible and/or stressful situations About You Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
