Senior Compensation Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Description

Recommend and implement global compensation strategies and programs. Conduct market research, analyze market data, and collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compensation and incentive programs are internally equitable and externally competitive.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

What You Will Do:

Perform research and data analysis to evaluate compensation programs and address challenging compensation-related issues. Present findings that support the organization's ability to attract and retain employees in an equitable manner.

Communicate compensation programs and policies, ensuring their alignment with the organization's pay philosophy and business objectives, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Create change management plans to ensure project success

Create reports and presentations for leadership that provide data analytics, conclusions, and recommendations. Present findings to business audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Manage review, evaluation and leveling/grading of job profiles. Ensure all roles are evaluated, leveled, and graded consistently and in compliance with Company standards.

Apply compensation expertise and business acumen to provide solutions in a consultative manner.

Manage and execute complex compensation projects to support business objectives.

Assess current processes and procedures and identify areas needing improvement or simplification.

Monitor internal and external trends, relevant pay legislation, competitive market intelligence, and potential impacts to the organization’s pay philosophy.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters in Business Administration or Management preferred.

4+ years of compensation and/or HR experience required.

Advanced proficiency in Microsof.t Excel and other data analysis tools required.

Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exposure to International Compensation preferred.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred.
