Essential Functions: * Senior Compensation Consultant will provide compensation support to business areas; Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to offer advice, tools, and training that align with business goals * Lead global compensation projects, including planning, stakeholder collaboration, team guidance, and execution, while managing change and communication * Ensure successful and timely completion of the annual compensation planning cycle * Review and recommend improvements to compensation processes for greater efficiency * Develop and deliver compensation training across the organization * Ensure competitive compensation programs that give the company an advantage * Create analytics to help the business make informed compensation decisions * As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will prepare presentations and reports for executives, HR leadership, and Compensation Committee materials * Identify and address areas of risk, offering action plans to mitigate them * Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and reduce risk
