We will count on you to:
Combine client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship management: Your ability to balance business development efforts with nurturing existing client relationships will be crucial in driving growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and serving as a Relationship Manager for our clients. This multifaceted role will involve acquiring new clients, managing portfolios, and developing strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and drive business success.
Understand people practices: Your deep understanding of HR & organizational practices and industry dynamics will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their workforce strategies.
Ensure the quality of our delivery: Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our solutions are of the highest quality, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Understand data and set up clear KPIs: Your proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive meaningful insights will help you set up clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of project delivery. These KPIs will inform decision-making and track the progress of our clients, driving continuous improvement and success in client delivery.
Foster collaboration and identify transformation opportunities: With your collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills, you will actively listen to clients, engage in open dialogues, and identify opportunities for transformation in the areas of workforce, HR, and organizational transformation. By becoming a trusted partner in their initiatives, you will play a key role in identifying and facilitating their success.
Strengthen our brand and market positioning : Your thought leadership, market knowledge, and ability to tailor impactful solutions will contribute to enhancing our brand reputation and positioning in the competitive market. This will establish us as the preferred partner in the HR and organizational field, making us the natural choice for clients seeking guidance and support.
What you need to have?
Higher education: Degree level in Management, Economics, HR or equivalent.
Consultative client-facing experience: Ability to work directly with clients, building strong relationships.
Excellent command of English and Swedish: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and present data accurately and efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Effective time management: Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendation
Attention to detail and accuracy: Essential for both numerical and written work.
Eagerness to learn and proactive mindset: Strong eagerness to learn and proactive mindset, with the ability to continuously acquire new knowledge and take initiative in delivering results
