Mercer Careers is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:
Senior Compensation/Rewards Consulting Analyst
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of clients within Mercer’s reward products business, with a primary focus on salary surveys.
Build and maintain strong client relationship with key accounts and/or assigned industries.
Serve as the industry lead for this portfolio, collaborating closely with other analysts to retain clients subscribed to Mercer products/surveys and to expand client accounts for survey and data subscriptions within the industry.
Mentor analysts in addressing data inquiries for client accounts and providing service for Mercer products.
Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits data, identify compensation trends, benchmark job evaluations, design salary structures, and engage in advanced rewards, performance management, bonus design analysis, and consulting projects.
Provide strong support in delivering custom survey/project assigned across all domains of total rewards working closely with the project managers. Grow in the role to become project manager for such consulting projects.
Create presentations and reports on analytical insights and industry trends.
Embrace a client-centric mindset by proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
Ensure timely and satisfactory fulfillment of client requests.
What you need to have:
4 to 6 years of prior experience in compensation rewards consulting.
Domain knowledge in Total Rewards across salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation applications, incentive pay design, etc.
Willingness to solve real client problems and create impact.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships with various teams/stakeholders.
Readiness to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.
