Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join the senior leadership team within Informa TechTarget Human Resources. In this role, you will work closely with the division’s Chief People Officer to roll out Informa TechTarget’s comprehensive total rewards strategy across all areas, including stock/equity programs. You will lead compensation programs for employees, leveraging in-depth analysis and insights to develop strategic, commercially driven solutions that support business growth within the division.
You will guide business partners and leaders through the annual compensation cycle to ensure clarity, operational excellence, and efficiency. In collaboration with Informa Group’s Global Head of Reward & Benefits and the Reward Leads for our other divisions, you will maintain consistency and alignment in our reward strategies and programs as needed.
Your role will also involve ensuring that our strategies remain competitive in the marketplace, comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, and promote colleague engagement. Key responsibilities will include driving reward policies, managing salary structures, overseeing bonus and commission incentives, and handling stock and equity programs for NASDAQ-listed Informa TechTarget, part of Informa plc, a FTSE 100 company.
Key areas of responsibilities will include:
Reward
Divisional Salary Management – Oversee pay budgets and spend, providing analysis, insights, and controls to ensure effective salary management. Lead on benchmarking, salary range development, annual pay reviews, out-of-cycle increases, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and senior executive compensation strategies.Short Term Incentives – Support the design and delivery of annual incentive plans including the target setting process, colleague communications and payment process. Responsible for driving consistent and bespoke incentive arrangements as and when required for the division across all annual incentives including bonus and sales commission plans.Long-Term Incentives (LTI) – In compliance with SEC requirements, advise the division CPO, Group HR Director, and Group Global Head of Reward & Benefits on the design, research, funding, delivery, and management of the long-term stock/equity program for Informa TechTarget, a NASDAQ listed entity. Supporting Compensation Committee Content – Provide analysis and support the creation of Board materials to be shared with Informa TechTarget’s Compensation Committee in compliance with public company standards and requirements. Includes working with Compensation Committee advisors on Executive Compensation analysis and recommendations.Competitiveness – Provide insights and research that supports the competitiveness of reward at Informa TechTarget by analyzing market trends, industry standards and competitive practices. Assist with assessing current compensation levels and mix relative to the external market and to internal peers. Participate in and organize data from market compensation surveys to assist with ongoing competitive analyses.Job Levelling – Work with the Group Global Head of Reward & Benefits to research, develop, and drive the introduction of a consistent job leveling framework to aid the integration of Informa TechTarget into the wider Informa Group and the development of a career pathing structure across both the division and Group.Benefits

Team Management – be active in Informa TechTarget’s senior HR Leadership team.Reward Partnerships in the business – Collaborate with other division Reward Leads, Finance, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of reward strategies across the division and the wider Group.Reward Consultancy – Provide key partnership and reward consultancy support as and when required. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all reward-related matters for the division.Change Management – Lead change management initiatives related to reward programs, ensuring smooth implementation and colleague buy-in.Compliance – Ensure all Reward policies comply with relevant local laws, regulations and reporting requirements relevant to a publicly traded, global company. Stay current with industry trends and legislative changes impacting total reward.QualificationsPrevious experience in a divisional reward role within a regulated PLC environment.Experience with a US-listed organization, ideally NASDAQ, including knowledge of its regulatory requirements and reward programs.Managed and attended compensation committee meetings as needed.Developed and delivered Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) for a US-listed company.Familiar with reward transitions from Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).Supported global reward initiatives in a fast-paced environment, building collaborative relationships at all levels.Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIPD).Ability to understand complex financial performance metrics for incentive and commission plan development.Skilled in building trust with senior executives.Experience managing large vendor relationships across countries with a focus on continuous improvement.Knowledge of key reward programs that drive effective behaviors.The salary range for this role is $130k - $150k,depending on experience
