Ibotta is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, collaborative and results-focused compliance professional who has successfully worked within or even managed parts of a mature corporate compliance function modeled off of the DOJ guidance for effective compliance programs. The role will sit within the legal department and report to the Director of Compliance.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Executes on activities and projects outlined in the compliance roadmap, strategy and priorities across the organization.
Assists with interpreting legislation or pending legislation, analyzes internal business systems, and recommends controls and strategies for ensuring that all organizational operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Reviews through risk assessment and compliance testing the work of employees across multiple teams in the first and second lines of defense to ensure effective implementation and adoption of compliance requirements.
Identifies compliance vulnerabilities and proposes corrective action to management to improve the control environment.
Designs, implements, and provides compliance training sessions for employees.
Strong project management experience.

What we are looking for:
4-6 years working experience working in a compliance program with exposure to: trade/exports sanctions compliance screening, drafting and managing corporate policies, designing and providing compliance training, and performing control testing.
Bachelor's degree
Solid experience with the concepts and principles of risk management such as the three lines of defense model
Experience managing aspects of a compliance program
Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ease at managing competing demands and determining top priorities autonomously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment where you are accountable for establishing new processes, procedures, or best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $87,000 - $98,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
