The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting in compliance-related tasks to support Collective Health’s Compliance and Privacy Programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Privacy and Compliance Programs, the incumbent will be involved in policy administration, training and education initiatives, data analytics, and supporting programmatic activities to promote a culture of compliance and integrity.
What you'll do: Policies & Procedures: Responsible for maintaining the organization’s Policy Program to include: developing, reviewing, and maintaining the organization’s policies and procedures, and engaging in the ongoing growth of the policy system Privacy & Compliance Training: Responsible for maintaining the organization’s Training Program to include: creating and implementing all compliance and privacy training, auditing training compliance, and providing on-going analytics on the Training Program. Outreach: Responsible for maintaining internal and external communication channels for Compliance & Privacy outreach including maintaining the internal website, Confluence pages, and issue-guidance. Hotline and Incident Management: Responsible for ensuring the ongoing management of Compliance & Privacy internal incident reporting systems and Compliance Hotline to include: maintenance of databases, triaging cases, ensuring completion of cases in a timely manner, and producing metrics for case monitoring and trending. Data Analytics: Responsible for establishing and measuring Compliance & Privacy program success utilizing data analytics including the creation of leadership reports and dashboards, and on-going analytics on program goals, annual work plan, corrective action plans, and other Compliance & Privacy initiatives. Presentations and Board Reporting: Responsible for designing professional presentations to support the Chief Compliance Officer’s regular reporting to leadership and the Board. Risk Assessments: Assist with compliance audits, risk assessments, and other reviews to identify areas of risk and improvement, and assist with the development and monitoring of subsequent corrective action plans. Provide general support to programmatic activities including supporting assigned compliance initiatives and projects. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in a related field or other relevant professional experience. 5-7 years experience working in regulatory compliance or privacy preferred, preferably at health care payer organizations. Strong expertise in creating professional, visually appealing, and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations from different data sets using Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Confluence. Strong data analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively and accurately. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. Works collaboratively as part of a team and contributes to group projects. Proficiency in using data analytics tools, Google Suite applications, Zendesk, and Confluence. The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
