Job Summary The primary duty of this position is the operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs utilizing a managed order guide for assigned distribution centers. Responsibilities: * Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes * Resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers and other stakeholders. * Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, depletion of obsolete inventory and new program rollouts for assigned distributors. * Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead invetory and maximize return on investment. * Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off order guide sales. * Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers. * Process field requests for changes and/or additions to the managed order guide product listing. * Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad hoc analysis. * Take action or provide a recommended. Requirements: * Experience in foodservice, supply chain, manufacturing and/or category development desired or other related experience. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. * Working Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer) required. * Strong Excel skills required and database experience would be preferred. * Knowledge of contract management systems or other rebate technology preferred. * Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. * Experience meeting stated timelines and deadlines. * Collaborative - works well as a member of a team. * Consistently displays strong integrity and ethics.
