A client in the Southern California area is looking for a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer to join their team locally supporting aerospace production programs. The Senior Composites Manufacturing Engineer will be required to formulate conceptual designs of challenging, complex aerospace products to meet all customer system requirements. This candidate will be on the ground, working in an aerospace component and composite manufacturing environment daily. They will be working with technicians to design, fabricate, test, and implement fixtures, tools, and inspection gages to facilitate fabrication and assembly of products. This candidate would assist, manage, and mentor technicians associated with different programs to ensure timely and quality delivery. This candidate will also be well versed in CAD design/drafting processes and techniques, including exposure to different modeling languages (to include but not limited to, CATIA, Solidworks, Autodesk, Solid Edge, etc). Candidate will be working on technical proposal writing and design up to 30% of their work day and must have a strong familiarity with complex bill of materials, sequence of assembly, selection of required equipment, solving production problems, analyzing current manufacturing planning processes and designing/reviewing necessary tooling.

This role will be 100% onsite in Huntington Beach, CA. Pay Range: 120K-150K. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
