CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual that knows how to provide healthcare technical support and wants to join our Information Systems Team. As a Senior Computer Support Tech, you will play a key role in providing support services for our employees. The successful candidate will be hired into Senior Computer Support Tech position. 

This position provides technical support in the area of Desktop Support to the Information Systems Department. It also provides training for new staff on computer hardware. The position sets new policy standards of how to load and maintain desktop software, printers, and other computer devices. Supports and implements patient safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. 

Schedule: 

Full-Time | 80 hours per two weeks  Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.  After hours call rotation starting after 6 months.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or two years of specialized computer training preferred.  5+ years’ experience in personal computers. Strong verbal and written communication skills.  HP Certification in Commercial and Consumer Desktops, Workstations, and Notebooks Service Qualification within 6 months of hire. A valid Minnesota driver’s license and a driving record in good standing may be required. Minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
