Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Description A client in the insurance industry in the Mason, OH area is looking for multiple senior configuration analysts to join their growing team for a 12 month contract to potential hire, hybrid opportunity. The reason for this growth is due to more Medicaid plans rolling out this year and needing to support 5 more states for Medicaid plans. In 2026 there will be a total of 10 states. Normally the client will support just 3 states per year. Product Configuration on cross-functional project teams to implement new Government/Medical-Surgical products This person will oversee requests submitted from Implementation Managers coming directly from the client to configure, change, and improve data to then be pushed down to the testing phase. They will be required to audit based on testing outcome. Data Analysis using SQL queries including manipulating this data but will not be required to write queries. Develop and train the team on the knowledge of Government/Medical-Surgical product configuration. Provide additional support working Commercial client setup and maintenance requests sent to the Plan Setup team when necessary Perform audits on client setup or maintenance request by following established team audit controls We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
