National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services, is looking for an experienced team member to join the Acquisition and Development Construction Team.

We are seeking a full time Senior Construction Administrator who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

The Senior Construction Administrator is in charge of managing all aspects of Construction Department policies and procedures as well as assigned new-build or renovation construction projects. The Senior Construction Administrator is responsible for delivering projects “on time, on budget”, compliance with the National Church Residences Design Standards, compliance with all Department procedures and management of the construction schedule on behalf of the organization.
 

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience4-8 years of project or construction management experience, preferably in the field of multi-family affordable housing
