What you’ll do:
Develop sourcing strategies focused on Engineers, Project Leaders, and Superintendents. Coordinate with the supported Recruiters and Managers to determine position requirements in the Engineering, Architecture, and Construction industries. Craft and send recruitment emails. Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media. Post jobs on various online platforms, job boards, and social media. Build out and grow the candidate talent pools in the CRM tool, grow candidates, nurture for continued communications. Contact industry partners for candidate referrals. Identify and screen potential candidates for phone screen and/or interviews by the Recruiter(s). Create talent pipelines for current and future hires. Manage the company’s candidate database. Measure and record conversion rates. Travel as needed, up to 25% to support job fairs, hiring events, project and customer work sites, including spending 1-3 days at our HQ in Tysons, VA each month. Participate in a probationary period in role, with evaluations at the 30/60/90/120 day marks.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar field (may be substituted with relevant experience). 6+ years of experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter, and at least 3+ years in the Engineering, Architecture, and Construction industries. Experience within the electrical construction or related industry. Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques. Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking. Ability to conduct online and offline interviews. Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities. Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment database system, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management (CRMs), internet, HRIS system, MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong working knowledge in creating reports and analytics either adhoc or from the data systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS). Strong understanding and application working in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Strong proficiency with utilizing Excel to create pivot tables and analyze results and forecasts. Excellent communication skills. Good time management skills. Good negotiation skills. Prioritization skills are required and the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly. Outgoing, calm, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional. Familiarity with sourcing for technical roles, specifically Electronic Security.Preferred:
Experience hiring construction project leaders, engineering leaders, electrical designers, or superintendent. A background with a staffing company or military recruiting.
